Once we receive your returned package, we will register it and you will get an email notification. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. For COD orders, you will get store credit of the equivalent amount after the
process is complete. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

🚫 Say No to Sudden Temperature Shocks

Do not pour hot water into a cold cup or keep warm items in the freezer. Sudden temperature changes may cause cracks.

🧼 Stain? No Problem.

For mild stains, soak in warm water with a pinch of baking soda or lemon juice for 10 minutes. Gently wipe and rinse.

🚿 Dishwasher / Microwave?

Unless mentioned, we recommend handwashing only. Handmade textures are best preserved by hand.

Avoid stacking tightly. Place a soft cloth or paper between pieces. Especially important for detailed or carved items.
