Refund Policy

At ArteClay, customer happiness is our priority. If your order has any issue and you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll make sure it’s processed quickly and smoothly.


✅ When You Can Get a Refund:

You received a damaged or broken product

You received a wrong item

The product has a serious manufacturing defect


📸 To get a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send photos or a short video of the issue. (Unboxing video preferred)


❌ Refunds Are Not Given If:

You changed your mind after buying

You don’t like the colour or size

Product has small handmade marks (they are part of the natural handmade process)

 

🔁 Refund Process:

Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days

Refund will be sent to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)

If paid via COD, we’ll request your bank details for a manual refund

 

ℹ Important Notes:

Refunds are given only after proper verification

If your product is eligible for replacement, we may offer that first

In most cases, you don’t need to return the damaged item
