All our products are handmade, so small variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
We try our best to show accurate product images and descriptions, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

All prices are shown in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways like Razorpay, Paytm, etc.
Prices and offers can change anytime without notice.
📦 3. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is confirmed only after payment (for prepaid orders).
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
ArteClay reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or for any other reason.
🔁 4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received (as per our return policy).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
