✅ You Can Request a Return/Replacement If:

You received a broken or damaged product

You received a wrong item

There is a manufacturing defect

📸 Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video (unboxing video is helpful).

❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns If:

You changed your mind after ordering

You don’t like the colour/size

The product has minor marks or variations – these are normal in handmade items

 

💬 How to Request a Return:

1. Message us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours

2. Share your order ID and photos/videos of the issue

3. We will verify and offer a replacement or refund

 

Note: You don’t need to return broken items – we’ll handle it hassle-free.
